In der Nähe des Strandes und am 14. Fairway des neuen Atlantic Dunes Golfplatzes (früher bekannt als Sea Pines Ocean Course) in einer ruhigen, abgelegenen Straße gelegen. Unser Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und ist die perfekte Unterkunft für Familienurlaube oder Golf- und Tennisausflüge. Bietet Platz für bis zu zehn Personen und ist 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Mit dem Fahrrad ist unser Haus weniger als 15 Minuten von South Beach, Harbortown und Sea Pines Forest Preserve entfernt.

9 Jessamine Place ist ein geräumiges, 2300 Quadratmeter großes Haus mit zwei großen Hauptschlafzimmern mit Kingsize-Betten und Fernsehgeräten. Beide Hauptschlafzimmer bieten einen spektakulären Blick auf den Pool und das Fairway des Golfplatzes. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das vierte Schlafzimmer umfasst zwei Doppelstockbetten mit insgesamt 4 Einzelbetten - perfekt für die Kleinen.

Dieses wundervolle Haus verfügt über einen halbprivaten Sitzbereich, der als Büro oder privater Fernsehraum für Kinder jeden Alters genutzt werden kann. Der besonders große Wohnbereich ist der ideale Ort, um bequem Filme und Sportereignisse auf dem brandneuen HD-Flachbildschirm (einschließlich DVD) anzusehen oder Spiele und Rätsel am neuen Spieltisch im Pub-Stil zu spielen.

Der große Wohnbereich verfügt über eine aktualisierte Wohnküche (mit herrlichem Blick auf den Pool und den Golfplatz) und eine Frühstücksbar mit Granitoberflächen, brasilianischen Holzböden und vertiefter Beleuchtung. More Than Expected

Our family of six, including our daughters (9,7), really enjoyed everything about 9 Jessamine Place. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children!! The home had everything that one would need for a couple of weeks of relaxation. Bike to the beach in the morning, pool in the afternoons and out for dinner. Rinse and repeat :-) Easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The home had beach chairs and umbrellas, but we decided to rent our chairs/umbrellas through the HH Beach Patrol. They had them set up and ready to go for us each day in our predetermined spot. That allowed us to bike to/from the beach pretty much unencumbered each day. Would highly recommend. Another plus is the owner and property manager interactions. Very helpful before and during our visit. They left nothing to stress about. Really appreciate their flexibility and helpful information! We will return!

What a beautiful home! Everything was just as pictured, complete with a fantastic pool and hot tub. We certainly made the most of our time there. Although we rode our bikes a mile to the beach club, we took advantage of the close beach access for morning walks. Appreciate all of the detailed notes in the house and the attentiveness of the owner and property manager.

Everything about this stay was excellent. Communication with Linda and her property manager was outstanding. The pool was used daily and the kitchen is very well stocked. The fact that we had 80 degree weather during October was a perfect topping to a perfect week.

Lovely home and yard. Very convenient to have a private pool. Layout of home worked well for our family. Property owner and management were very responsive. There was a warning message on the pool monitor and they had a service tech there in under 30 mins. Property was clean and ready right in time.

Great home tucked away on cul-de-sac street. Great set up for 2 families and absolutely wonderful back yard and pool. Communication from the owner and property management were great and both were very helpful. Extra beach chairs and towels on-site were a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice week on HHI

This is a very nice property. Owner could not have communicated any better. Upon arrival we found a very clean and updated property. Owner has all switches labeled, no guessing what turns on what! This is a really really nice rental. The only thing that could have possibly made it better would be if the house was closer to the beach. It’s a little too far to walk if you’re taking a lot of stuff, or if you have small kids.

Perfect Beach House

We have rented 3 different houses on HHI and this was the best by far. The location in Sea Pines was a short and easy bike ride to the beach. House was very clean, especially the bathrooms, and exactly as pictured in the photos. The owner was proactive, a great communicator, and labeled items within the home to assist guests. The bunk room and dual owner’s suite layout made this perfect for the multi-family group we had for the week. While we did not need to use the property manager during our stay, she did reach out on our first day and gave us her contact information. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely rent again.

The property was wonderful, exactly as shown in photos. It was great having the pool there, and the owners had the pool area cleaned up during our stay so that it stayed pristine. Short walk to the beach was easy even with kids. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and the owner. Due to the pandemic, we had to cancel an international vacation that we had scheduled for late June. We decided we needed to get away and were lucky to book one of the last weeks available at this property. From the start, the owner was so easy and so lovely to communicate with. She responded to my emails almost immediately, answering any and all questions. The property itself is fabulous. The layout of the rooms worked perfectly for our two families (4 adults & 5 children). The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. I remarked to my husband that it was clear that the owner really made the effort to provide things to make it feel like home (ex: a blowdryer in every bathroom). The patio and pool area were a hit with everyone. It is private with beautiful landscaping, and the pool is quite big and perfect for kids to play in. As for location, we loved it. It's located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. We rented bikes and a cart for our beach items, and the scenic ride to the beach was just 5-10 minutes. This is a wonderful property with an absolutely lovely and caring owner. I highly recommend!
