Experience the best of coastal living at LiLi's Beach House! LiLi's Beach House is family friendly, bring your children and the grandchildren too. Build sand castles at the beach which is just 3/4's of a mile from the house, or make sand castles in the backyard! Yes, there's sand in the backyard. There's plenty of parking available at the front of the home with a large double driveway.

The Main Level of this lovely home is light filled and all tile. Enjoy delightful views and balmy breezes from the shaded & spacious front and back porches. French doors lead to the sanctuary of the great-room with vaulted ceilings, Palladian window, electric fireplace and surround sound speakers. A spacious dining area is conveniently located next to the large, well-equipped kitchen with extra seating at the snack bar.

Kitchen: The spacious and well-equipped kitchen features include: abundant solid wood cabinets, granite countertops, under-counter lighting, newer stainless appliances and a large window above the deep double stainless sink to catch a view of Old River as you prepare morning coffee.

Primary Suite: The primary suite with tray ceiling encompasses the entire west side of this level. French doors to the covered front porch, and recessed lighting create a relaxing haven. A large walk-in double shower, deep/large soaking tub, separate vanities, private water closet and clothes closet complete the en-suite primary bath.This lovely primary bedroom suite has a plush and comfortable King size bed.

Bedroom 2: A second bedroom on the main level features lovely and comfortable Queen size bed, French doors to the covered back deck, and hall bath just outside the bedroom door.

Let's Go Upstairs to the Loft (3rd level): Take carpeted stairs to Ascend to the Loft where your will find lovely vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. This 2-story Loft creates a fabulous extra space for sleeping and terrific hangout / play area for the kids. The Loft also features a beautiful waterside balcony just beyond more French doors! Sleeping options in the Loft are a Queen size sofa sleeper, plus a Twin bed. 3 guests can easily sleep in the Loft.

Downstairs at Ground Level are 2 separate/private entrances into the home, one entrance at the front of the house and the 2rd opens directly onto the lower level patio area with the sugar sand backyard. This level also features 2 more spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry & sitting area with easy care laminate vinyl plank flooring throughout. A Full light door opens to a covered patio.These 2 bedrooms feature gorgeous King size beds.
