▶1st Floor Features:
- Large open floor plan – Kitchen, Dining, and Living all flow together

- Dining table for 6 + 3 additional seats at the large kitchen island
- Mudroom right off the entry. Shoes and coats kept out of sight
- Gas grill located off the kitchen on the back patio
- Guest half bath

▶2nd Floor Features:
- Primary bedroom: King bed with Spa-like Ensuite Bath. Beautiful walk-in shower and double vanity
- Guest bedrooms: Another spacious King bedroom shares a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom with the Bunk room.
- The Bunk room: Twin over Twin beds with an additional trundle. There is also a desk and working space here!
- We can also provide a pack n play if needed, just reach out!

▶3rd Floor Features:
- Guest bedroom: King bedroom with ample closet storage
- Bonus room with large sectional couch (also doubles as a pullout sofa!) and a beautiful swing hammock chair
- Additional sleeping option: Twin rollaway bed
- Last, but not least, the main event: The Rooftop! Enjoy that sweet Nashville sunshine in the lounge chairs or take a quick catnap on the couch. Twinkle lights will greet you in the evenings, and there's a gas fire pit for when the nights get crisp.
- The best part? The whole crew can hang upstairs and catch the game or binge your favorite shows. Catch up on your favorites on the outdoor TV or grab an evening cocktail before taking in Music City!

- All bathrooms are equipped with Public Goods body wash, hand soap, and shampoo and conditioner
- Starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
