The space
This FarmHouse is a two-bedroom, two-bathrooms home located on a quiet road in Pine Bush, NY.

The open country-style kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances and a variety of cooking tools and utensils, ready for guests to prepare their favorite meals. Sit at the counter stools for casual dining, or enjoy the formal dining area. The large kitchen windows facing the backyard bring in wonderful natural light. The kitchen is stocked with essentials like paper towels, dish soap, and sponge, salt and pepper, olive oil, sugar.

Through the double french doors, you will enter a small sitting area with a leather sofa-bed that is suitable for a child and round table for work. This serves as the 3rd bedroom as well.
It has a large bay window that's perfect for relaxing and reading.

The living room has a sectional modern sofa and a large screen television with your favorite streaming apps. You will find a variety of board games to entertain all ages.

On the first floor, you will also be able to access the authentic porch and seating area. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee here or bring the board games out to the round table.

Up the stairs, you will find the 2 large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The two closets offer ample space for guests to store their belongings.

The second bedroom is well-appointed with a beautiful dresser. It has also a separate small office space for some privacy. Each bed is fitted with pillow mattress toppers, hotel quality sheets, and soft pillows. Extra blankets and pillows are also provided.

The full bathroom separates the bedrooms upstairs; it comes full with a shower/tub set up. We provide complimentary shampoo, body wash, and conditioner from Public Goods. There is plenty of shelving and drawer space for guest storage. The second bathroom is downstairs next the kitchen and comes with a full shower.

Enjoy hot chocolate or happy hour beverages on the back patio just off the dining area. There are fire pits on the patio and in the backyard, a large grassy lawn, and lush tree foliage ensuring total privacy. Here you will also have access to the yard and stairs to the driveway.

The large backyard provides space to explore and connect with nature. Hang around with family & friends at the bonfire or make homemade pizza or BBQ with a cast iron grill.
