The Casa Linda estate, a newly-built family estate in the foothills above the valley floor, sits on a private, 1-acre property with stunning vineyard views, a beautiful pool and spa, and every amenity you could ask for on your extended wine country experience.
With a spacious, open floor plan designed for indoor/outdoor living and a Napa Valley modern farmhouse aesthetic, Casa Linda will soothe your senses and lift your soul. Perfect for families, extra guests, and remote work. 30-day minimum. Shorter stays may be prorated but only one guest will be permitted per month.
Designed by architect David Rulon, Casa Linda is on a private and quiet country loop, located 9 minutes from St. Helena, next door to some of Howell Mountain’s most prestigious vineyards and wineries. Cade Winery and Vineyards is walking distance from the property, and La Jota, Dunn, Summit Lake, ADAMVS, O’Shaughnessy, and many more are within minutes.
The property sleeps 8-12 people and features an elegant, formal hardscaped backyard and pool with olive trees and native grass accents. It features an open floor plan as the heart of the home, with a light-filled great room and a beautiful center island with generous seating for family and guests to complement the open chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry, farmhouse sink, and professional range with two ovens, 6 gas burners, and a griddle top.
Just outside the kitchen, step out into the 40-foot sun-bathed deck with breathtaking views of the vineyard across the street. Enjoy the abundant sunlight on the property or take a short walk through the woods to a lush waterfall. Situated above the valley floor, nighttime stargazing is incomparable.
