COME STAY WITH US FOR JAZZ FEST!!!
Spanning over 2,000 sq ft, elevate your accommodations with this stunning 5 bedroom home. Appropriately named “Mid-City,” this neighborhood is centered around community and culture. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil, or a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Guests RAVE about the backyard space and spacious interior!
This home was completed in 2019 and blends in with the historic neighborhood. Take the red streetcar line up Canal or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue. Additionally, you're just a short walk to Jazzfest, Voodoo Fest, and the Mardi Gras parade!
This property abounds with special amenities including high-speed WiFi, flatscreen TV's with streaming services, fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, separate dining area, comfortable living spaces, in-unit washer and dryer, and thoughtful touches throughout. There's a private driveway that holds one vehicle, and free street parking is available for any additional vehicles.
Our bright and open space is the perfect setting for a larger groups or families looking to take in the ultimate New Orleans experience. The modern home can sleep up to 10 guests. Each bedroom features plush linens and bedding, as well as cloud-like mattresses. The bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed w/ ensuite bath
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Beds
Bedroom 5: Full-Over-Full Bunk Beds with Twin Trundle (please note that guests will need to walk through this room to get upstairs and it is not closed off from the rest of the home like a traditional bedroom)
Common Areas: One upstairs bedroom has an ensuite bath and there is an additional bathroom upstairs. Downstairs has two additional detached bathrooms.
The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with plenty of linens and towels for your group.
From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.

1.) The home has a security system for your safety. We also have several outdoor security cameras placed throughout the back, side and front entrances.
Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.
In addition to our indoor space, our outdoor entertainment area is perfect to relax after a long day out in New Orleans and on your feet. There is plenty of seating out there as well with a fire pit, gas grill, tv, bar and area to entertain.

Mid-City centers on City Park, a vast green area with sports facilities, the New Orleans Botanical Garden and boating on Big Lake. Other park attractions include Carousel Gardens Amusement Park, with its antique wooden carousel, and the New Orleans Museum of Art, home to an eclectic global collection and a sculpture garden. Outside the park, mellow bars and breakfast spots attract a laid-back crowd.
You are 5 blocks from Canal Street & Street Car Line which will take you all the way to the French Quarter! You're only 5-10 minutes away from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, French Quarter and Frenchmen Street, Fairgrounds for Jazz Fest and City Park to attend the Voodoo fest. We alway recommend using Uber and Lyft while getting around the city at night time.
