Sandy Bottoms 10b - Spectacular 220 degree views, the best views in the resort!

5 star outside views meets 5 star inside accommodations. Sandy bottoms 10b is one of the LARGEST and recently refreshed (2024) 1 bedroom townhouse in the Resort. 10B is literally home to us. So you can count on quality and comfort. We are the ONLY townhouse in the resort that has a PRIVATE cleaning staff and we supply our own high quality sheets and towels. If you want a CLEAN house and nice sheets/towels that are not ripped or frayed, windows that you can see out of and screens that are not ripped, you came to the right place. We take extreme pride in our townhouse.

The kitchen is all new (2023) with a large farm style kitchen sink with HOT water and a new stovetop. Coolers, two beach chairs and snorkel gear are provided for your use. Recently updated with new enchanted blue paint on the 1st. fl. living space and outdoor patio's. Recently installed a privacy wall on 2nf. fl. patio (the only one on the ocean front homes) and flowered lattice on the 1 st. fl. All new flower gardens on the front and side patio to attract the birds. TV with hundreds of channels on the 1st fl. and smart TV mounted on the wall in master bedroom.

We are in a nice quiet section ideal location gives you a front row seat to spectacular sea views. It is only a 30 second stroll to the resort's salt-water pool. Enough to be close, but far enough for optimum peace and privacy. It's midway between the two separate sets of stairs leading down to the turquoise water, and just a few steps from a shady gazebo that's perfect for reading or napping.

The 2nd floor suite master bedroom, expanded by 40% from the original footprint, opens onto a balcony with awning, recently installed privacy wall (only one on the ocean front) and the most expansive view in the resort - 220° of endless skies and unobstructed blue seas filled with fish, turtles, dolphins, coral and more. Custom made Desk\Drawer combo installed, perfect for remote office if needed. It is hard-wired for Internet and fast WIFI is available throughout.

Upgraded wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, along with screened & a new louvered kitchen entry (with electronic lock, no more keys) and side windows take full advantage of the constant trade winds that cool the west without compromising security.

There's everything you need for a perfect vacation: large fridge w/icemaker that is on steroids, microwave\airfryer combo, blender, toaster, 4-burner cooktop, flat-screen smart tv, on-demand hot water in kitchen and both showers, air conditioners (new) & ceiling fans upstairs and down, dining table & seating for 4 on both balcony and lanai, and that essential charcoal grill. Divers appreciate the extra rod and equipment hangers in the first-floor bath. Linens, towels and pool/beach towels are, of course, provided, and there's secure storage for your valuables. To ensure you have a wonderful time and take advantage of everything our home and the island offer, we provide a comprehensive Welcome Booklet in advance with directions, suggestions, access codes, etc. Of course, we're available by email or phone to answer your questions. Free parking (pull up to the unit), a laundry facility which can be used for a small fee, and 24h security.
