The Layout:

Common area: Open floor plan with beautiful coastal decor. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6 people, large Smart TV with cable, sofa sleeper, and two sitting chairs. There is also beach gear for your use which includes beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler.

Primary Loft Suite: King size bed, dresser, smart TV with cable, sliding closet, direct access to lanai, plantation shutters, ceiling fan, and split AC unit. Ensuite bathroom features a large dual head walk in shower, single sink vanity and storage.

2nd Bedroom: King size bed, dresser, walk in closet, TV, split AC unit, plantation shutters, ceiling fan, and direct lanai access.

3rd bedroom: It has a ceiling fan but no split ac unit. This bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV, and closet space.

Second bathroom: Tub/shower combo, toilet, single sink vanity, and storage.

Laundry room: This condo features in unit washer/dryer, laundry essentials, and counter space.

Lanai: Features a loveseat, 2 chairs, coffee table, and the infamous Egg swing to take in those breathtaking views.

Stay Aloha provides all needed essentials for your stay up to 1 week. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.

Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
