Vista Cove is a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Condo that accommodates up to 8 guests. Located right off of Gulf Blvd you would only have to cross the street and your at the Beach! This very well appointed condo has high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Cape Code style with 2 dining areas and a split floor plan. Master Bedroom has a private door to the balcony so you can relax and catch the sunrise and sunset. There is a shared heated pool with sun loungers. Enjoy your vacation & make memories!

Dining Room: There are 2 dining areas with a table and 4 chairs each

Living Room: Sofa, Chair, coffee table, end table, TV & console table, ceiling fan, patio sliding door to balcony with table and 2 chairsQueen-sized sleeper sofa.

Downstairs Living Room Nook: Sofa & 2 Chairs, Bistro table with 3 chairs

Master Bedroom: King size bed, Dresser w/ mirror, 2 night stands, ceiling fan, door to balcony, ensuite bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo

Bedroom #2: Bunkbed with Queen bottom and Twin on top, ceiling fan, dresser, sitting bench, rolling single-size cot

Guest Bathroom: Single vanity, step in shower

Washer and Dryer in hall closet
Beach Accessories: Beach wagon, 6 beach chairs, umbrella

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.

​​​​​​​Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
