- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less. Must get approval from Exclusive 30a prior to arrival and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction
- Beach service provided with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas for reservations March through October
- Courtesy Use of a 6-seater golf cart starting July 9, 2024, serviced by La Dolce Vita. Must be at least 25, sign a waiver, and be a licensed/insured driver to operate.
