Welcome to our cozy coastal-themed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment! This unit is located on the home's upper level, and we may have guests staying in the downstairs unit as well.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a big deck for relaxing outdoors. You'll share a backyard with the lower unit, where you can enjoy a fire pit and a gas grill.

There's parking for 2-3 cars per unit.

Our property is great for families, couples, or friends looking for a getaway. Tybee Island is its own community with grocery, bars, shopping and restaurants a short walk away. Book for a weekend, a week, or longer. You’ll enjoy every minute here.

HOUSE RULES:

No parties or events are allowed in the house without prior permission from the homeowner. Any unauthorized gathering will result in a fine of $1000.

Smoking and leaving cigarette butts inside is not allowed unless outside. A fine of $500 will be charged for any violation of this rule.

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. There will be an additional charge of $25 per night for each extra guest.

Our pristine beaches are a cherished treasure. Please follow all posted beach rules and regulations, including any restrictions on pets, alcohol, and bonfires. Help us keep the beach clean and safe for everyone to enjoy.

As our valued guest, it is your responsibility to ensure that all occupants of your rental property adhere to the above rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in fines or eviction.

Guests are not allowed to move the furniture under any circumstances. Please be advised that moving the furniture will result in a penalty of $250.
