We are on River Road which has lots of Rental locations, rental places you can call that will pick up and drop off, Roy’s Rental & Campground is close by. There are also shops and small restaurants and a outdoor amphitheater near by. They have everything you need for a fun day on the river.

You will have access to the entire house. The dining tables are ready to sit 12 plus 8 at the island. The living room has a sofa and chairs and bench. This house offers 8 bedrooms and 4 convertible sofa beds one located in the living room and one in the game room. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a wonderful vacation.

You can Uber or Lyft to and from but there is not public transpiration near by. There are shuttles that will pick up and drop off to float the river that you can schedule or reach out and we can help you schedule.

- Dogs are allowed on the premises for a fee. However, they are not allowed on any furniture, beddings, or blankets. A fine may apply per piece of item or furniture will be paid if it's found.

Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. Fees may apply. 6. No Aggressive pets. A Pet Deposit may apply, non-refundable and an additional fee per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above fees may applies.

-Important: Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this will protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
