The kitchen is gorgeous with a huge waterfall island quartz countertops, floor-to-ceiling soft close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a pot filler over the stove, microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven and plenty of storage. The large quartz waterfall island has a beautiful porcelain farmhouse sink, a built-in trash can, a built-in wine/beverage fridge, a glass cleaner, and a dishwasher. The Island has beautiful stools that seat 4+, the dining room overlooks the spectacular river with floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful chandeliers, and a dining table that seats 6. Walk into the living room with walls of huge picture windows overlooking the water. There is a beautiful outdoor shower to wash off after floating the day away at the river. There is also a charcoal grill, several more seating areas, a chiminea fireplace, with Adirondack Chairs, a picnic pub table, and games, it's a perfect place for relaxing, eating, and enjoying the views.
Grab some rafts go down to the right through our entrance right into the water and float the days away!
Please park across the street on our property. There is no parking inside of the fence. The water is just a step out the door. If you are going to go tubing, rafting or paddle boarding, Rockin R is close by (there are several within walking distance). They have everything you need for a fun day on the river. You will have access to the entire home. The dining table
is ready to seat six and the breakfast bar in the kitchen has 4 additional bar stools. This house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, a king in the master, a twin over full size and 2 sleeper sofas.

Booking Guests must be 25 or older to book. Underaged guests must be accompanied by an Adult 25
yrs of age or older accepting full responsibility for guests under 25, and must be staying as well.
There are pets allowed for an additional fee, and we must also approve. Any guests beyond the guest count may also accrue costs, so if you have a pet or additional guests beyond the 11 that are sleeping

Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. Fees may apply. 6. No Aggressive pets. A Pet Deposit may apply, non-refundable and an additional fee per pet per day charge.
