Just north of iconic 30A, this coastal condo offers an abundance of style and convenience. Start each day out on your screened, furnished balcony, sipping coffee and enjoying the peaceful, tree-lined setting. Inside, you’ll find modern coastal decor and an open layout, ideal for spending time with loved ones.
Pop into your full, well-equipped island kitchen and whip up family favorite recipes, then serve up your culinary creations at the adjacent dining table. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup, then head to the beach, just a short walk away via public access at Beachwood Villas. Two bikes are available for your use as well, so hop on the Timpoochee Trail, which runs parallel to 30A, and pop in and out of all the restaurants, shops, and cafés that line its length. If you’d rather stay closer to home, slip into your swimsuit and visit the shared pool to soak up some Florida sun.
When you get home, cool off in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s laundry. Watch a bit of TV or use the fast WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media before bed. Even better, unplug entirely and step back out onto your screened balcony for an evening toast.
Stairwell Tread Repairs will begin March 31, 2025. Work will be done one stairwell at a time. Stairwells under repair will be closed off.
The Roof Replacement Project is scheduled to begin on April 14, 2025, starting with the 1000 building. Each building is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
Walkway Coating will start with the 2000 building on April 21, 2025. This process will not allow occupancy in the units of the 2000 building for four days, weather permitting. Once the roof is complete on the 1000 building, they will replace the first-floor coating systems in the 1000 building. That date and walkway/elevator closures will be confirmed, and notice will be sent out as the roofing is wrapping up on the 1000 building.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
