This spacious home has everything you need for comfortable stay, updated finishes, tasteful furniture and modern electronics. The house includes a spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. It’s warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain retreat. Once inside, you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy your favorite on the TV. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and baking, including all the utensils and full-size appliances.

Sleeping arrangement:
Main bedroom features a queen size bed
2nd bedroom features a queen size bed
3rd bedroom 2 bunk beds (queen over full and queen over twin beds).
There is a king pull-out bed for an additional 2 people.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces and sleeping areas are available for your full use.
Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.

Mixture of full time residents, second homes and vacation rentals. Close proximity to downtown Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. 15-20 minute walk to downtown or a quick 3-5 minute drive. Great area to walk your dogs and take strolls to enjoy the mountain atmosphere!

You must have a vehicle in Grand Lake. We do not have public transportation or ride share services. The house is walkable or bike-able to town. 4x4 or AWD required in winter snowy months for ease of access to town and for your safety. Trail Ridge Road from Grand Lake to Estes Park is typically closed Labor Day through Memorial Day.
Booking Requirements:
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.

Respectful Behavior:
Be considerate of neighbors and their property.
No parties or large gatherings allowed.

Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.

Weather and Road Conditions:
No refunds for storms or bad weather.
Consider using four-wheel drive or chains during snow months.
