Our concierge is ready to make this trip the most memorable trip to Arizona! With a quick 10-minute Uber/Lyft to visit the one and only MIM, less than 10 minutes to the best shops and restaurants of Kierland Commons or just 15 minutes of a drive to the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course, these are just a few great places to see while here! No matter what brings you out to visit, our team is ready to get you going! Be sure to ask our concierge about pool packages, grocery services & tours - Pink Jeep in Sedona, Wine Tours, ATV Tours, & more! The pool can be heated for an extra $100/day. We need a week advance notice to heat the pool!
Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.
Must be 25 or older to rent. Renter guest must be staying in the home for the duration of the reservation.

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check-in both afternoon and night!
Here are a few additional services our guests usually take advantage of along with the rates. Please submit any requests at least 1 week prior to check-in.

3. Pool Heating - $100/night *Heated Spa/Jacuzzi is included with your reservation.
4. Daily Housekeeping - $175 for two hours. *Includes bathrooms, beds (sheet and towel change upon advance request), kitchen, and common living spaces. Please submit any special requests in advance.
5. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood: Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around: We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Uber or Lyft for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own, we provide great info in our welcome binders!
Other Things to Note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
Lastly, we use a platform called "Know Your Guest" via Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your application must match the primary guest’s name on the reservation, and your identity check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per state and city law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. We appreciate your cooperation with this.

- If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- The use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. The property is equipped with NOISE AWARE, an indoor/outdoor noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- Our properties are protected by a guest screening service that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. The name on the application must be the same as the primary guest on the reservation. Additionally, your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per state law. Your booking is not confirmed with us until all requirements have been fulfilled.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Please do not remove or turn off the vacuum from the pool, if you do so a penalty will incur. Disconnecting the pool vacuum will incur a $1500 fine.
- NEVER TAKE OUT OR UNPLUG THE WHITE HOSE IN THE POOL! The equipment will malfunction. If found unplugged our outside the pool, there is a penalty charge that starts at $800, depending on the level of damage.
