Welcome to the cozy and chic house in the trees at Higgins Lake. Higgins Lake Tree House is the perfect spot to enjoy time together as a family. The kids (big and small) will love the hot tub, heated garage, ping pong table, foosball table, and outdoor space on the deck. Enjoy all of your meals together at the massive dining table located in the great room. The home is a 3 minute walk to the water and beach at Sam-O-Set Beach and Park and also conveniently located to Good Times Party Store. Pet friendly!

Great location, great property.
Two couples in town for a wedding. We hiked the area trails and dined at Cut River Grille multiple times - don’t miss it. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Loved having a dining table big enough for everyone to eat and play games. The garage was definitely set up for fun. The host was great and communicated well. We really enjoyed having a property that allowed our coonhound to visit as well - he had a blast relaxing on the deck.

Higgins Lake Treehouse
Home is super cute and had ample room for 6 adults! Close to Houghton Lake and Grayling. Host was friendly, accommodating, and accessible and maintained ample communication leading up to and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze!

Perfect For Our Adult Family Weekend
This was our second Winter Getaway at the Treehouse property and we loved every minute of our stay. Two full baths and two "living rooms" with TVs were great for our group of 5 adults. And the heated garage is another fun socialization area with ping pong and other games. We love the hot tub after cross country skiing and snow tubing. The owners are so easy to work with and responded to every question. This year we played Yahtzee and had alot of couch time/book time in front of the fire when we weren't outside enjoying Michigan winter fun. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great location, hosts are very responsive
A four day family getaway with plenty to do at the property or in the area. Enjoyed campfires, ping ping, cornhole and rented a pontoon for a day. Hosts were very responsive to every question and we had zero issues! Nice vacation to end the summer!

The treehouse
We had an excellent time at this home. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, corn hole and bon fires. It was very spacious and clean. The host was very easy to talk to and always stayed in touch. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful place to stay at Higgins Lake!
We had our 5 adult children with us and this house was perfect for all of us. We had so many amenities and it felt like home while we were here. We appreciated all the thought and understanding of what we would need for the week. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. There were many amenities that we haven’t gotten at other places we have stayed. There was a wonderful welcome packet and gift. The host was a great communicator. Great location for us, a quick walk to the water and a park perfect for my 1 year old. Would recommend this place to anyone. Peaceful Winter Get Away
This is an impeccable property that is beautifully decorated for casual upnorth vacationing. We stayed for 3 nights in February and enjoyed the gas fireplace, hot tub, ping pong, many TVs. We highly recommend the Xcountry skiing and snow tubing nearby. The communication with owners was prompt and we had no issues with our stay. Family groups will love the amount of "living space". It was nice to gather at the huge table, but also have the downstairs den and garage play area for individuals or smaller groups. I can see the deck and yard would only add relaxation space in the warmer months. We especially loved the comfy upstairs couch. We would love to stay again.
