We have a brand new app called 'DACK', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests)

Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Our house has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with single beds that can be adapted to become double beds according to your needs, and 5 sofa beds for additional guests. In addition, we have 2 full bathrooms and 1 toilet for the convenience of all guests.

The house has a private patio where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue on our grill. There is also a playroom for the little ones to have fun while the adults rest and relax. In addition, so that you are always connected, we offer high-speed internet throughout the house and air conditioning so that you can enjoy a pleasant temperature during your stay.

Finally, for your safety, we have security cameras at the access to the house to guarantee your peace of mind and that of your belongings throughout your stay.

Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
