FEATURES & AMENITIES:
The Basye Bohemian is a two bedroom, two bathroom, middle floor unit with direct walkway access from the parking lot. Its large covered balcony feels like a tree house. This condo's recent renovation combines modern amenities/features with classy mid-century style furnishings and fun decor. This is a property you won't forget visiting!

The condo has an alcove-style kitchen with extended cabinets that double as a convenient dry bar for beverage service and snack grazing any time of the day. The dining table seats four between the kitchen and living room. The living room features a large wood-burning fireplace, comfy furnishings, a Smart TV on the fireplace mantle, an assortment of board games, and a wonderful view of the mountains. The main bedroom includes a queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom with a cool barn door. The second bedroom has a queen bed and easy access the hallway full bathroom. Comfortably accommodates four.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). It's supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, one scrubby pad, and two laundry pods. Guests staying several nights may need to bring extra consumable supplies or purchase them at the Basye Community Store a short walk away.

Firewood can be purchased at the Basye Community Store or the kiosk in our office parking lot (2565 Orkney Grade).

The condo has super-high-speed 700+mbps WiFi internet, which can handle anything you'd like to do online.

Pets are permitted for a $100 fee per pet, per stay (maximum two).

This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions via email seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.

Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade). See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. It's open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday (and 12-5 on holiday weekend Sundays) between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.

Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park.
