This duplex sits on the second floor of its building, just a few blocks south of the Victorian District. You'll be particularly close to Forsyth Park, the southern boundary of the Savannah Historic District (both are just over half a mile), the Mercer Williams House Museum (one mile), the Telfair Museums, and the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist (both are a mile and a half).

No matter how you spend your days, you'll delight in returning to this modern and refined space. The heart of the home is the grand, open kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating, and gorgeous fixtures and finishes.

Unwind at day's end in the inviting living room, find a favorite movie to stream on TV, or grab a change of clothes from the washer/dryer and head out for a night on the town. Rounding out the in-home essentials are two bedrooms paired with two full bathrooms, central air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
