Nestled in the vibrant Canyons Village, Park City Red Pine 36 is just a short walk to the village base area, where you'll find restaurants, shopping, the occasional free concerts, and easy ski access. During the ski season, you can request the on-demand free shuttle for a quick ride to the base. Additionally, the Canyons Transit Center is a short walk away, providing free transit to Kimball Junction, Deer Valley, and the Historic Main Street, known for its world-class dining, shopping, and nightlife.
This condo 1,196-square-foot features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Access the property from the outdoor communal parking lot and take the exterior stairs to the 2nd level. Enter through the front door into the main level living area, which boasts a vaulted ceiling and an open floor plan with plenty of natural light.

The living room showcases a mountain contemporary design with luxury furnishings and hardwood flooring. Relax on the comfortable sofa with a chaise, or in the plush accent chair, and enjoy the gas fireplace and Vizio TV with cable. The wall mount A/C and heat split system ensures year-round comfort. Step out to the private balcony for some fresh mountain air.

The modern kitchen is equipped with stylish stone countertops and GE stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner gas range, refrigerator/freezer with water and ice on the door, and bar seating for six. With both Keurig and drip coffee makers, you'll have all your coffee needs covered.

Master Bedroom (main level): The master bedroom features a king bed, HD TV with cable, a large window with natural light, and an en suite bathroom with a stone counter vanity and a tub/shower combo. A wall mount A/C and heat split system provides year-round comfort.
Bedroom 2 (upper level): This bedroom offers two queen beds, a twin day bed with a twin trundle, making it perfect for families. The private bathroom includes a stone counter vanity and a separate tub/shower combo. The wall mount A/C and heat split system ensures comfort throughout the year.
