Upstairs there is a cozy living space with a smart TV and pullout sofa bed, a bedroom, and another bathroom. Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.
