New unit special! While this unit is new to us, we've been hosting for many years. Please check our profile and see reviews on our other unit that is down the hall.
Enjoy our studio unit at The Lodge at Mountain Village in Park City Base Area. Ski-in/Ski-out with easy access to Old Town. During the summer (opening/closing dates vary, check Park City Mountain's website for dates and events), enjoy a lively summer village, with concerts, al fresco dining, easy access to city ebikes & bus system, biking and hiking trailheads, walk to the lifts and summer activities (zip lines, ropes courses, putt putt golf, trampolines, kids village, alpine slide and alpine coaster).
NOTE: Our studio sleeps up to a young family of 4*: queen murphy bed, double sofa bed. *We recommend 2 adults max, but can accomodate a small family of 4 (2 young kids would be ok, if your kids are teenagers or adults, the space might be too small).
This is the best location in town w/ access to ski lifts, ice rink, shops & dining, activities, and just a quick jaunt Old Town! Steps from the PayDay lift at PCMR and you can ski-in/ski-out from the ski locker room. Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and a fitness center. You can't beat the location (no rental car needed)! Covered parking available for a $400 fully refundable deposit*.
(NOTE: Parking is free, however we do require a $400 deposit in order to release the pass. Our lot is premium resort parking and that is the fee the HOA charges us to replace lost or stolen passes. NOTE: Garage Clearance 6'6" - and there is no other option for parking in the area, so you will have to use a Park and Ride lot during your stay.)
This is a spacious studio unit, beautifully remodeled.
It's all yours! You'll have access to the pool, hot tub, lobby computer, and the free bus into town.
I live in town, so I'm here for questions via text or phone. I've lived in Park City since 1998!
The condo is located IN Park City Resort Base Area. You really can't get any closer than our complex to the main lift, PayDay and ski-in to First Time lift. The village ice rink is right outside our door, and the city bus also picks up at the edge of the base area (just steps away!)
You can walk or take the bus to Old Town, we are about a 3/4 of a mile from the bottom of Main Street.
You also have a FREE underground parking spot in the village!

Park City Mountain Resort und Deer Valley Resort sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas Aufregendes erleben möchtest. Wer lieber shoppen geht, kommt hier auf seine Kosten: Main Street. Du möchtest deinen Aufenthalt in der Stadt mit dem Besuch eines spannenden Events oder einer Sportveranstaltung aufpeppen? Dann schau doch einmal hier vorbei: Bear Hollow Sports Park oder Snyderville Basin Recreation Center.
