This efficiently-planned freestanding detached studio (not a true 1 bedroom) will allow you to enjoy your privacy and get fresh air anytime in your own private porch, a rarity in the LA area.

This newly-renovated apartment also boasts quartz countertops in the kitchen, brand new stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, wood-look floor throughout and a relaxing bathroom.
Your home will come fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need. You even have your own washer and dryer and mini split heat and air conditioning system!
