While you're here, don't miss the opportunity to venture into Beverly Triton Nature Park, accessible by walking down the road via a scenic pathway within our community, conveniently marked by county parks and recreation signage. This park nestled between the tranquil South and Rhode Rivers, this sanctuary offers breathtaking vistas and a mile of pristine coastline. Teeming with diverse Chesapeake Bay wildlife, the park promises a serene retreat. Originally built in the 1950s, this cottage has a rich history as a summer retreat for visitors. Now, with its updated French country styling, it exudes a sense of nostalgia and serves as a secret hideaway for those seeking relaxation. The interior is thoughtfully designed for comfort, allowing you to come and go with ease.

As you enter the sunlit foyer from the front entrance, you'll be greeted by our cozy first bedroom, boasting a luxurious king-sized bed. Adjacent, on the main floor, lies another inviting bedroom adorned with a comfortable queen bed and ample closet space. Ascending the stairs, you'll discover a charming loft area housing two twin beds and a versatile futon—a perfect retreat for youngsters to revel in their own expansive sanctuary or host memorable sleepovers!

The rest of the home boasts a stylish pink kitchen seamlessly linked to a delightful dining area, creating an inviting space for guests to enjoy cooking and dining together. In the family room, a snug sectional provides an ideal spot for relaxation. For added convenience, the main closet in the living room hides a washer and dryer, ensuring ease during your stay. This comfort extends outdoors, as the family room opens onto a patio, offering a tranquil setting to unwind while taking in the view of the fenced yard.
