Our single-level 1,128 square-foot condo, which features three (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms, is located in Avon across the street from the entrance of Beaver Creek Resort. It is all about its exceptional location, with beautiful views of the mountains, providing access to your favorite activities.

From our condo, it is a twenty minute walk alongside the Eagle River Recreation path to downtown Avon. The views of Vail's Game Creek Bowl and Beaver Creek Landing/Gondola from the condo are beautiful sights to see during your stay. It’s a fifteen minute drive to Vail.

The bus stop across the street connects to several routes including: Beaver Creek, Avon, Vail, Bachelor Gulch/Ritz Carlton, and Edwards/Eagle. The free Avon town/restaurant shuttle is also just across the street.

During the warmer months, only a ten minute walk away, enjoy everything Nottingham Lake has to offer including live music, swimming beach, paddle boarding, pickleball and tennis.

With our condo on the top floor and not sharing any walls with other units, you will find your stay quiet and void of noisy neighbors. The vaulted ceilings open up the interior and invite in the morning rays of sun. The sun hits the patio beautifully in the morning, and provides shade for you to grill and enjoy delicious meals in the afternoon.

Agave Mexican is a tasty restaurant conveniently located across the street. It is a great place to grab a bite to eat when you are too tired from your daily adventures to venture into town.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
