Beobachten Sie die Heißluftballons in den frühen Morgenstunden von diesem wunderschönen Haus im Cape Cod-Stil aus dem Jahr 1880.

Dieses gemütliche und komfortable Haus im Landhausstil verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und ein Schlafzimmer und eine Höhle im Obergeschoss. Es gibt zwei Küchen, eine in den Gästezimmern und eine im Haupthaus, beide mit Gasherd. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Badewanne / Dusche mit Löwenfüßen und das Bad im Obergeschoss über eine Whirlpool-Badewanne / Dusche. Aus der Küche im Erdgeschoss durch die charmante holländische Tür gelangt man auf eine hübsche überdachte Terrasse mit einem übergroßen Bauerntisch, an dem man an einem warmen Sommerabend ein köstliches Käsebrett und eine Flasche Wein aus dem Napa Valley genießen kann. Entspannen Sie nach einem langen Tag im Weinland im Außenwhirlpool unter freiem Himmel. Das Haus verfügt auch über kostenfreies WLAN

Nachdem Sie sich erholt haben, gehen Sie in die Stadt, wo Sie innerhalb von zwei Blocks den River Walk mit großartigen Restaurants, einem Dessertladen oder einem Nachtleben in Downtown Joe's genießen können. Gehen Sie morgens zum Kaffee und zu frisch gebackenen Leckereien in Sweetie Pies oder genießen Sie ein reichhaltiges Frühstück bei Alexis Baking Company, General Cafe oder Grace's Table.

Great layout, lots of space, sweet backyard! Perfect spot for our girls napa getaway. House has tons of charm & character! Kitchen is stocked, everyone loved the beds, beautiful big table outside where we enjoyed meals & games. Fantastic location on a quiet, safe street.

Amazing house and location in Napa

I recently stayed at this charming house in Napa with a group of friends, and it exceeded all our expectations. Here are the highlights: Idyllic Backyard: The beautiful backyard was our favorite spot. We enjoyed every meal outdoors, surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air. Heavenly Hot Tub: After long days exploring Napa, the hot tub was a true godsend. Well-Equipped and Clean: The house had everything we needed. Amazing Home and Location!

A few girlfriends and I stayed here for the weekend, and we had the best time. Easy to check in and the house is great. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend it!

This property was clean, had updated kitchen appliances and bathrooms, bedrooms are on the smaller side but nice otherwise. Host was communicative and friendly! I would highly recommend this property.

Easy Napa Town Access and Historic Living

Napa Cape is perfectly situated in a very quiet neighborhood, just a five minute walk to a few high-end restaurants and bars, and just a 12 minute walk into downtown Napa. Town/river trails can also be accessed with a short walk. Napa Cape is perfect for those that want a walkable base camp for incredible Napa town tastings/dining, yet easy (and quiet) road access for exploring Napa and Sonoma counties. There is a fab convenience store just a two minute walk away fully stocked with essentials and a staggering assortment of traditional Mexican ingredients and brands. The property is an historic "cape/craftsman" that is extremely well maintained and comfortable. The interior is cozy yet roomy enough for four or so people to live comfortably enough not to be tripping over each other. The backyard is essentially private and the covered back patio can offer a nice escape from hot, sunny days. The aromas from the lemon and orange trees along the driveway can be enchanting!

Rarely do I write a bad review but I feel that that patrons should accurately review properties. The house is cozy, yard cute, location perfect, BUT the house was so dusty that our enjoyment of the house was cut short. I was expecting a relaxing Napa birthday weekend for me and my partner but we ended up coming home with a cough. The dust was so bad we even considered coming home early. The first bedroom was unbearable to sleep in so we had to move to the purple bedroom because it had more windows that we had to leave open at night so we could breathe. The house has lots of fabric, jute rugs, wicker, nooks and crannies that trap dust if not cleaned properly and there was build-up everywhere. We chose this listing for its "cleanliness" rating however it was apparent this home had not been deeply cleaned for some time. The vents were THICK with dust and I was sick to my stomach from the dust and couldn’t use the heater because that’s when it got unbearable. The hot tub was not clean and had a smell that prevented me and my partner from using it. I am an experienced hot tub enthusiast and I can tell when a hot tub isn't clean because it smells... of skin and mildew, the water was THICK. We had to bathe immediately and did enjoy the claw foot tub and provided bath soak. We did travel with our puppy so we mostly wanted this listing because of its lovely yard as he hasn’t touched grass yet. The cherry on top of a disappointing trip was pup coming home with fleas. WOOF.

I booked several nights in this charming home so I could walk to the stores and restaurants in Napa. I loved it so much that my daughter and granddaughter decided to drive up from SF and spend some time with me. Our stay was magical...wifi and tvs for my granddaughter, wifi and quiet rooms for my working daughter, and comfortable beds and gorgeous kitchen(s) for Grandma! Thank you, we hope to be back soon.

This home was just perfect. Beautiful, cozy home, charming describes it! Relaxing back yard, quiet setting with nice landscaping, plants, fruits and veggies spread throughout the property. Everything you need for cooking, entertaining etc. spent my husbands 60th birthday in Napa and this home was close to everything in a quiet neighborhood setting. Don’t pass this one up!

Good Times

Really enjoyed the location and house/back yard. The only slight issue is that you can only enjoy the back yard until 9 on week days and 10 on weekend due to a city quiet time. Didn’t bother us too much but did stop us from using the hot tub more. Overall loved it, well kept and comfy beds with ample common space.

Adorable House with Perfect Location

I spent a wonderful four nights in Nappa at this house with three girlfriends. The house was historic and homey, and perfectly located. We took walks in the morning along the Napa River, which occasionally were shortened by the very convenient bakery nearby. We enjoyed several restaurants as well as great shopping. The hot tub wasn’t in working condition when we checked in, but the owner quickly had it fixed and even refunded a bit of the rent. The house was built in 1880, so the bathrooms weren’t up to today’s expectations, But, all of us loved the house and location so much we would book again without hesitation!

Family get together

This is our second time stay here and again a wonderful place to stay. We had 6 adults and were all very comfortable with the accommodations. The location is great and we were able to walk downtown and enjoy the many restaurants. This is a place we will always come back too on our future visits.

Spacious and clean

We enjoyed our stay in Napa and this house was perfect for us. We had 8 adults and there was room for everyone. The only drawback we found was that the noise curfew was so early. We would have liked to hang out outside later but we were worried that our laughing and talking would disturb others. This has no reflection on the owners.

Perfect Retreat in Amazing Location!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Napa Cape. The house exceeded our expectations - larger, cleaner, and even cuter than it looks in the photos. The location is unbeatable, just a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops downtown and along the Napa River. The street and neighborhood are quiet and adorable. The house was so clean, had everything we could possibly need, and was so cozy. The hot tub was a perfect treat after a day of wine tasting, and the beautiful yard was so tranquil. We will definitely be back!!

Cute house in a great location

You can't beat the location of this house...just a short walk to downtown Napa and all of the great restaurants! The house itself was cute and nicely decorated, with lots of little touches. We all really enjoyed our stay! One downside is that the city of Napa has strict quiet hours at 10pm on Friday/Saturday nights and apparently one of the neighbors is really eager to call the police for the slightest disturbance. This meant that we were too nervous to use the great backyard, and by the time we got back from dinner, it was too late to use the hot tub. That's not the property owner's fault but I did share feedback that the listing didn't mention that you can't even be outside after 10pm (and 9pm on weekdays). While I would totally be respectful of neighbors, I think it's reasonable for the neighbors to allow guests to still be able to use the hot tub quietly after-hours.
