Dogs welcome! Your group will be close to everything - beaches, Sea World, SD Zoo, major universities, Mission Valley. Quick access to major freeways for fast travel anywhere in SoCal! Home was remodeled in 2022/23. Each room has desk and TV (with Netflix). Master has stand-in shower, jacuzzi tub, balcony overlook. In-unit W/D. Fenced in back yard with lights, patio furniture. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Home has outside lights, Ring system, cameras, and door keypads for peace of mind!
Our home has big windows and lots of natural light, and our open living room arrangement takes full advantage of that. It's a great place to read, do yoga, or socialize with others in the house! The two bedrooms at the front of the house have convenient access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also an optional fourth bedroom with a desk and a full bed over twin trundle pull out. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in 2022, with new appliances and all new features!
Don't forget about the backyard! We have new outdoor patio furniture surrounding a stylish fire table, a dinning table with five seats, and nighttime lights hung over top for evening and nighttime hangouts. We have plans to add some workout equipment in the future. Grab a beer and take a seat to watch the sunset glow light up the evening sky!
Up to two well behaved Dogs are allowed for a flat $150 fee per stay! Woof! Please no cats in the space.
Please note that the home has an attached ADU (in-law suite), and therefore, there may be an additional guest(s) staying in the that space, which is fully separated but shares interior walls. Note the interior door at the base of the steps is locked with a double-sided keyed deadbolt. No interior space is shared. The backyard is dedicated for your unit only and will not be shared with the ADU.
Having a car is pretty essential. Ride sharing is an option, but can be pricey if a big event is in town. If you do have a car, there is tons of free street parking up and down the street. Two or three cars can fit comfortably in front of the home. Driveway parking is dedicated only for the rear unit for our mid-term tenants.

Residents and visitors can navigate the neighborhood by car, as Linda Vista is conveniently situated near Interstates 5 and 8, providing quick routes to downtown San Diego and other parts of the city. Public transportation options include bus routes that connect Linda Vista to surrounding neighborhoods and downtown. Additionally, biking and walking are viable options for getting around the area, with several bike lanes and pedestrian-friendly paths throughout the neighborhood.

We do not have any child safety features in the home, while children are welcome, please monitor your children at all times
Please do not leave your pets unattended alone at the home or in the backyard. If pets must be left home please make sure they are crated. Please do not leave pet waste in the yard during your stay and make sure it is promptly cleaned. Thank you!
One other quick note, we like to have a quick chat with guests requesting stays for a month or longer. It helps us to learn more about you, and for you to learn more about the space, which ultimately helps make your stay as comfortable as possible!
1. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
2. Please note that another guest may be staying in the attached ADU, which shares several walls with the main part of the home. We ask that you be mindful and respectful in that regard.
3. With that said please be considerate of our neighbors and back house guests so that they may reciprocate.
4. Clean up appliances after spills and/or heavy use (e.g., oven grease).
5. No parties. Please let us know if you plan to have a larger gathering for prior approval.
6. Must be comfortable with living in an attached yet separate and locked off space from our other back home guests.
7. Guests are permitted to do laundry where a minimum half-load is required (to prevent the spin cycle from being off balance).
8. There is street parking only at the home as the driveway is reserved for our mid-term tenants in the rear attached unit.
9. While marijuana is legal, we must prohibit use in our home as smoke remediation is extremely expensive ($$$) and you would be responsible. That goes for regular smoking/vaping as well.
10. Please clean up after your pets in the yard, any waste left behind will incur an additional $100 fine.
