An ideal stay for fun-loving families, friends, and beach enthusiasts! This 1,600 sq ft duplex side of a lovely Spanish-style villa offers you a slice of coastal bliss just a block from the PCH (CA-1), California’s famous coastal highway!
With its high ceilings and open layout, you’ll have enough space to spread out, relax, and enjoy! There’s a full modern kitchen for preparing meals, a dining room with a table to enjoy them, and a comfy living room with a wall-mounted Smart TV and plush sectional sofa for all to enjoy a spot on the couch. There’s a fireplace there, too, for a cozy movie night!
You’ll have all you’d need for a comfortable beachy stay with 3 bedrooms and a loft to accommodate 8. All the rooms are upstairs. The primary suite features a king bedroom, ensuite bathroom and separate jetted tub! The other two rooms have queen beds, one with an ensuite bathroom, and Bedroom 4 is the “loft” at the top of the stairs with a queen bed behind the room divider and the sofa seating area.
We provide beach towels and some beach essentials for your stay. There’s also a washer and dryer in the home for added convenience and a spot for your car in the garage (although it’s likely you’ll walk around to enjoy this charming town!)

The home is about 7 miles from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and 45 miles from LAX (Los Angeles Airport).
The best means of transportation is by car. You can hire private transport (Towncar) if you’re not driving. There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis.
Guests will need to climb stairs to the front entrance and inside, as it’s a 2-story home.
We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper.
There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Travelers must be at least 21 or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs or illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Pet-friendly property. 2 pets max. Please let us know at booking if you'll be traveling with your pet.
