Comfortably accommodating eight guests and offering ample parking for RVs or boats, our spacious home is your gateway to the great outdoors. We use a digital lock box that holds the keys. A unique code will be generated and assigned to you once you complete the verification link sent to you after booking.

Located on the North Coast along the Three Capes Scenic Route, Netarts is a small community surrounded by a coastal rainforest and the Pacific Ocean. The 7-mile-long Netarts Bay offers stunning views and opportunities for hiking, boating, crabbing and clamming.

*This beach house is available as a short term rental by virtue of Tillamook County. The surrounding neighborhood can be impacted by a guest's stay. -We ask that you read the rules and treat this home, and the house rules with respect so we can continue to provide a wonderful stay for years to come.

We require guests to visit our secure guest screening portal, through Autohost, for identity verification and fraud protection before their reservation is considered finalized. This process is an alternative to asking guests to provide a security deposit, as our insurance company uses the risk assessment to evaluate our coverage for your stay and advise on any fraudulent or purposely negligent activity on any of a guest’s past reservations. This process will take approximately 3-minutes to complete and will require a government-issued ID and the credit card that you will use to book your reservation.

-We Use Surveillance cameras outside the property and they record 24/7 * We monitor each property access point, the driveway and the garbage area.
-NO PARTIES
