Upon check-out, guests are required to return the access cards in good condition. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 350 per card.

We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 2000 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
