Be one of the first to stay in this magnificently renovated home in the heart of Orleans. The attention to detail and design choices are sure to please and amaze. The main living area has soaring vaulted ceilings creating a spacious oasis of common area. The custom kitchen features an oversized island for prepping or playing. The living room has new cozy seating, plenty of room to stretch out and relax. There's a wet bar with a beverage center for all your beverage needs. The dining room is its own tranquil room with ample seating and well thought out décor.

The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and stunning private bath. There's a bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with a twin plus a full bed. There's an additional new full bath for those bedrooms as well.

The back deck has a great table and bench setup for gathering. The yard is also completely fenced in so your four-legged friend can join you with the owner's approval.

The location is a quiet residential neighborhood with access to Little Pleasant Bay via Pah Wah Conservation area at the end of the road. Or, head into downtown Orleans or out to Nauset Beach in about 7-10 minutes by car. You could also head south into Chatham in about 15 minutes. Convenient to some of the best areas of the Lower Cape.

Lovely rental

Would have been 5 stars all around, but too many electrical issues the repairmen couldn’t fix. The refrigerator freezer kept tripping and a new GFI outlet was needed but repairman didn’t have one. We used an extension chord for our entire stay. Also the heating system worked sometimes but not always. The repair people could not figure it out and the baby had no heat in her room and we had to leave her door open and the house up higher to reach her room. My 75 year old husband said a railing for the stairs at the front door would have helped him, so he went in through the garage instead because he felt unsteady. using the 3 steps at the front door without a rail. Lastly, the towels were very rough; I’d prefer to bring my own vs. using the ones provided. Just thought you should know for the next renter. Instructions for heat or air should be provided to guests and repair people.

The house is in a lovely location, surrounded by trees. It was equipped with anything you might need, and was super comfortable.

Great house in a great location!

Great, spacious home that is just a short drive to the beach. Property management was responsive and helpful when a couple small issues did arise.
