Two living rooms: One with a cozy sectional & a super comfy recliner. The second living room has a couch, loveseat, two swivel chairs. Smart TV mounted on wall.

****Please note the single beds are Lucid Rollaway Folding Guest Beds with 4 Inch Memory Foam Mattress, measurements are 74"L x 31"W x 12"H. Additionally, bedroom #4 does not have access to the closet. It's locked with owner supplies.

Kitchen: equipped w/ pots, pans, crockpot , coffeepot, mini-wafflemaker, and all the essentials needed for meals at home! Dining table seats six and we have three folding tv trays!

Also, we have a simple yet productive workspace providing a desk set up with a large monitor-perfect for remote workers or digital nomads to plug in and get stuff done.

We have a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Relax and unwind on the screened porch. For some friendly competition, there's a ping-pong table and cornhole. There are plenty of board games! The outdoor patio has a large dining table with six chairs and an umbrella!

We have baby gear (full-size crib, Paw Patrol toddler bed, highchair, stroller, pack n play, books/toys) that are available upon request.

Use our beach towels, boogieboards, and sand toys for your beach days!

We have a strict NO events/parties/gatherings policy. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed on the premises at all times. This includes daily visitors and children. This is also a pet free property. If these rules are broken, the stay will be forfeited with no refund and a $500 fee will be applied.
