There are 4 bedrooms, including 2 suites, plus a spacious social area with a terrace overlooking the sea!

The duplex penthouse is divided into a lower floor with bedrooms and an upper floor with the social area and terrace.

On the lower floor, there is a master suite with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, TV, and an incredible ocean view. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, sharing a bathroom located nearby. Another suite with a double bed is also on this floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The upper floor features a living room and gourmet kitchen, both with air conditioning and SmartTV. There's also a barbecue area and a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, inviting you to enjoy the view of Ponta das Canas beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring you'll have a great experience! The rooms will be prepared with bed linens and towels, so you don't have to worry.

A cash security deposit is mandatory at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after inspection if there is no damage to the property and furniture.

Sending photos of all guests' documents is required to confirm the reservation.

In addition to the marvelous apartment, you will have access to the condominium's common area with thatched huts and sun loungers facing the beach.

During your stay, our space is yours! We'll be more than happy to assist you with tips about Floripa and this incredibly special corner that will be hosting you.

Praia rasa que aumenta a profundidade lentamente, com areia branca e água transparente induzem a um banho de mar delicioso!
A faixa de areia é extensa, oferecendo um bom lugar para abrir o guarda-sol e relaxar! Além de boas caminhadas e trilhas próximas.

Existe transporte público que atende a região, porém com disponibilidade de horários limitados.
Você também poderá usar transportes por aplicativos!

- We provide clean and quality bed and bath linens!
- You're welcome to share our terrace; the view is beautiful and it's very cozy, but parties in the apartment are not allowed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
- We want you to feel at home and take care of our space as if it were your own. Please be kind enough to leave our home clean and organized at check-out.
- For extended stays, we will arrange for cleaning once a week.
- Guests are requested to observe quiet hours in respect of the rules and other residents.
- Subject to passing on condominium fines if applicable.
