POLICIES AND WARNINGS:
By booking, you agree to the house rules, health& safety and cancellation policies.
Price does not include site booking fees.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM; CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM. Check out times are not flexible unless contacted and agreed upon in advance. Late check out may accrue fees.
GUEST ENTRY DETAILS: a unique code will be provided and each code will be reset after each guests’ stay.
SECURITY CAMERA DETAILS: surveillance cameras may be used in the common areas by Lakeland Village, not by the homeowner.

WILDLIFE WARNING: Guests may encounter various animals and/or critters in Tahoe, such as bears, mice, raccoons, spiders, etc. With snow and moisture on the ground, you may experience animals near or in the home.
QUIET TIME: The county quiet time for all rentals is 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM
POWER OUTAGES: no generators provided
WINTER TRAVEL WARNING: Snow is a common occurrence and chains may be required during heavy snowfall. 4WD vehicles are recommended over low profile 2WD vehicles.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is up to the guest to purchase; refunds not given due to Covid, smoke, fire, weather, snow storms, road closures, etc.

CANCELLATIONS: Moderate - "Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund."
