We live in the neighborhood and will be available throughout your stay.

The neighborhood is a mix of second homes and primary homes. Neighbors are friendly and respectful.

There is one parking space in the garage (kind of tight for larger vehicles), one in the driveway, and all designated street parking is first come first served. Do NOT park in neighbor's driveways or on sidewalks.

** Tuesday morning is trash collection around 7 am. There is potential for noise early in the morning on this day. It lasts about 10-15 minutes while they go around the neighborhood.
-Condo association rules are quiet hours 10pm-8am. Please respect our neighbors.
-Fire code states the maximum occupancy of this unit is 9 people at all times. 10 or more guests will result in immediate removal without refund.
-All guests must be 25 years and older, if less than 25 there must someone over 25 present in the home for the duration of the stay.
-No smoking anything, anywhere on property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-Please do not put large items (bones, food, coffee etc) down the garbage disposal plumbing is very delicate
-Do not flush women’s sanitary items down toilet. Place in trash can.
-No pets
-The backyard area is a common shared space for you to enjoy. Please do not go on neighbor's patios.
-BBQ grill must be kept 5 ft or more from the house to avoid melting siding and catching home on fire.
-The driveway, garage, and designated parking spaces in the community are the only places you can park your car. Neighbor's driveways and sidewalks will result in your car being towed. Please do not do this, even for unloading.
