3. No parties or events. Noise restrictions: no amplified sound between 10 PM and 9 AM
No outside congregation during those times either

5. I ask that you respect my neighbors’ privacy and monitor noise levels after 9pm.
6. Checkout by 10am.
7. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask
you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in
the hamper prior to leaving.
8. Report any accidents. I understand that accidents happen, but I ask that you please
make me aware if/when they do.
9. This unit is NOT Pet Friendly. Pet Violation is $250.
