Diese schöne 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock des Komplexes. Es blickt auf den Golf von Mexiko mit einer spektakulären Aussicht vom eigenen Balkon. Der Master bedroomwhich den Strand zugewandt hat ein King-Size-Bett, TV und DVD-Player. Die Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten mit einem TV / DVD-Player und das Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und 2 Liegen für Ihr Wohlbefinden. Es gibt einen Fernseher und DVD-Player und WLAN-Internetzugang. Die große Galeere förmige Küche ist komplett mit allen Geräten und gut bestückte Schränke für die Köche in der Gruppe ausgestattet. Es gibt eine große Insel für zusätzliche Ablagefläche. Es gibt eine separate Waschküche in der Wohnung mit einem vollen Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit Die Summerlin Anwesen verfügt über eine Golf-Seite Pool (im Winter beheizt), Grillmöglichkeiten, Strandpromenade, direkt an den Strand gehen, und überdachte Erdgeschoss Parkplatz. Great getaway!

Nice spacious condo. Kitchen had all necessities for cooking and baking. Beds were comfortable - all were memory foam type. Beach was nice and quiet, beach service meant we had chairs and umbrella every day. Just what we were looking for.

The condo was a perfect for our stay and the price was great. It is one of the few condos that we have stayed in that actually had sharp knives! Looked like many things had recently been updated. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

Great condo for our family of 4 with two teens. The king bed is a memory foam and very comfortable. Everything you would need in the kitchen. One boogie board and chair if needed. Puzzles for a rainy day. Great stay!!

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Summerlin 404. Perfect location with fantastic views, the beach was not crowded at all! I would recommend a sleeper sofa in the living room vs the rollaway beds, leaving more towels for parties of 6, and the shower needs a shower head with more pressure (it was almost just a trickle). The couch in the living room was dirty looking but overall none of this was anything that we couldn't deal with! A big positive for us was they had ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms which is a must for us! AJH Reality, especially Austin, was fantastic dealing with, very helpful, professional and accommodating! Will definitely be booking with them again!

Also close to the unit so no driving out of the way.Unit was clean, well decorated, and full of amenities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Ice machine in the fridge worked as well, which is a huge plus since a lot of units don’t have this hooked upBeach service (chairs and umbrellas) were provided but unit also had boogie board, beach chair (if you want to sit in the water to soak your toes), and a small portable cooler. Overall no complaints at all, and unit is updated/modern would highly recommend we will back for sure, and view is amazing! A+++

Like the looks but not a big fan of the living room furniture. It looks amazing but not very comfortable. Also the couch is not a hide a bed so to sleep six you have to have someone sleep on the couch. It has a single roll out bed. For us it was not a problem as we have teens but adults may not care for that. Over all this is a great place and we will always stay here.

Condo 404

The condo was very beautiful perfect view of the beach/ocean, not far from things to do, my only complaint is the tv in the master bed room had discolored lines all on the screen (like the internal screen was going out) so you couldn't watch tv, informed management right away through email and also followed up with a call the next day as it was after hours when we checked in to ensure they knew it was like that when we checked in even though it says they check everything beforehand and no one ever contacted me after or came to check the tv out so we went the entire stay with not being able to watch tv in the master bedroom, even followed up with another email before we left with still no response. Other than that we had no issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like our unit! The furniture upgrade is amazing, top of the line! The kitchen functions well. This year, the pool was not heated!!! We rented believing it was heated. I understand that 2026 will not be heated according to another owner. We use a pool 3-5 days a week while home for health reasons. Our stay is excellent except for the pool. The pool issue is something we will give serious consideration to in subsequent years.
