Duplex on Lake Hatchineha with Boat Lift

This is a Duplex on Lake Hatchineha which is a lake on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes. The property has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are all connected through divining doors similar to a hotel room that connects to another room but this is two houses connected. There are 2 king size beds and 2 full size beds. A pullout couch which can accommodate a child but probably not a full size adult. Both kitchen’s are fully equipped. There is a Florida room off the back which is heated and air conditioned. There is a ping pong table and a dining room table on one side and a pool table and another dining room table on the other side.
There is a large covered area out back with a table and a grill to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather no matter what the weather is doing outside.
If you are coming to fish bring your boat and take advantage of the boat lift out back or just fish from the covered dock.
The house is within walking distance to The Port Restaurant which is a local restaurant with a full menu and full bar. There are several restaurants within a15 mile radius also.
This property is centrally located so just about anything you’d like to do while visiting is within reach!
