Those seeking a more adventurous view are welcomed to use the two well-equipped kayaks located in the garage.

Whether entertaining, or just sharing time with family and friends, gathering spaces are all conveniently connected to the screened-in pool lanai.
The second-floor patio overlooks the pool area and waterfront canal. A propane grill is located on the external patio directly beyond the pool. From the dining room to the living room, the open design allows you to enjoy the full view of the patio, the pool and the waterfront!
Pair your device to either of our JBL Bluetooth speakers and enjoy your favorite music while swimming, cooking, or relaxing in the sun. Need a break from the omnipresent cellphones? All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main bedroom has its own private bathroom, with a walk-in shower, heavy glass doors, and tiles from top to bottom.
The main bedroom also boasts a private outdoor deck overlooking the pool. The deck is equipped with a table and six chairs, and two lounge chairs. Enjoy an early morning coffee while welcoming the sunrise, or perhaps a glass of wine while admiring the sunset with someone special.
The other two bedrooms also have king size beds and high thread-count linens.
In addition to the three king size beds, the extra-large secondary bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed, containing two twin mattresses, perfect for a couple with children or just a large room to spread out.
All three bathrooms are supplied with fluffy Hotel Collection towels.

This home is only 10+ minutes away from Tampa International Airport, Raymond James Stadium, International Plaza, The Straz Center for Performing Arts, USF, and hundreds of other premier attractions, five-star restaurants, world famous beaches, banking and business establishments, health & medical facilities, and of course, the tropical ambience that Tampa Bay is known for.
