Spacious 1 bedroom Close to Downtown and Stadiums
This apartment is located in Millvale, walking distance to many great breweries, shops and restaurants. It is right over the bridge from the popular area of Lawrenceville and a 5-minute drive to Downtown and the North shore to the stadiums. This apartment is out of the hustle and bustle of the city but yet central to get to all of the great places Pittsburgh has to offer. While staying here you will feel right at home! The apartment is on the top floor of a duplex. It is set up fully for guests to live and feel right at home!
This apartment is built of two floors, the main floor has a huge kitchen and dining place perfect for a home cooked meal! The living room has a deep, comfy sectional and a designated workspace with a desk. There is a full bathroom with a tub on the main floor and a washer and dryer in the unit for guest to use. The second floor is a spacious 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom en suite. We provide an air mattress to accommodate more sleeping arrangements as well.
Not only do we provide the basic necessities to sleep, eat and bathe, but we also go the extra mile to include all of the little details to make your stay more convenient. This includes but is not limited to some of the following:
sheets, blankets, pillows ,towels, plates, cups, utensils, cookware and cooking utensils. Minor amenities that we believe makes your stay extra enjoyable include: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, cotton balls and q-tips, spices, coffee, powder creamer and sugar, and more.
There is free Wi-Fi, and a streaming device for the tv, PS3, ironing board and iron.
The access for this apartment is in the rear where you will walk to the back deck and enter with a self sufficient code lock. You can park for free on Colton Street where the walkway is located to this entrance. There is free street parking out front on William street as well but is easier to park in the rear to enter your Apartment. The Front Door is mainly used as an emergency exit and the apartment has it's own entrance with a code lock in the rear.
The apartment is set up for guests to be able to stay self sufficiently. A manager will be around if the guests need anything or has an emergency. We do not have a 24 hour maintenance or management team, so please contact us during the hours of 8am-8pm.
Millvale is a quaint small town in Pittsburgh that is quiet and cozy but very close to the main attractions of Downtown, Lawrenceville and North shore. This house is close to Grist House Brewery, Pamela’s Diner, Bar 3, Double L, Strange Roots Brewery, Baby Loves Taco, Iron Born Pizza, The Attic Records and Jean-Marcs Bakery (which has the best pastries!)
There are lots of options to get around the city of Pittsburgh. This apartment is close to the bus line and Millvale is a very walkable neighborhood. Also convenient to get around by car and there is almost always street parking available on William St in the front of the house. Uber and Lyft are readily available to get around Pittsburgh as well.
The front entrance has a common entryway for both units but is not the main point of entry for either apartment. It is available for an emergency exit or other means of exiting. The front porch is for downstairs guests to use. There is a back yard is for both upstairs and downstairs guest to use but the back deck is for upstairs guests only.
Absolutely NO SMOKING
No Parties or gatherings
No loud noises during quiet hours of 11pm-8am
No illegal activities on the premises
Do not use the front porch. It is reserved for the downstairs apartment only.
