This 5BR, 4BA home offers elegance and comfort, with high-end finishes, a gourmet kitchen, and a resort-style pool. Nestled on a serene private canal (with direct boat access and lift), this luxurious property offers awe-inspiring ocean views and is just a short stroll away from a secluded beach. Meticulously remodeled to provide an unparalleled vacation experience, our 5-bedroom, 4-bath home is a symphony of elegance and modern comfort.

Interior Elegance: As you step inside, the house welcomes you with its high-end finishes and sophisticated design. Each room is a testament to luxury, featuring world-class amenities and an attention to detail that ensures a stay of unparalleled comfort. The spacious living area, bathed in natural light, offers a perfect spot for relaxation or entertaining guests.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The property boasts five bedrooms, each a private haven of comfort. On the main level, you will find two king suites with direct access to bathrooms. As you make your way up our stunning floating spiral staircase, you will find the other three bedrooms. Upstairs features an oversized primary suite (1x king 2x Double Bunks), A bunk room (2x twin bunks, 1x Double Bunk) and one private queen room. Don't forget about our captain's loft, just one stair up, featuring a twin bed.
Our bathrooms, akin to spa retreats, are outfitted with premium touches from Sol de Janeiro, ToTo Bidet's, hand-crafted Zia Tile, and much more. Directly connected off the primary suite sits a full walk-in vanity room with all the conveniences you can imagine.
Gourmet Kitchen: The heart of every home is the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and all the essentials. Whether preparing a family meal or hosting a dinner party, the kitchen provides an ideal setting.

Whether waking up or a late-night espresso martini, our Nespresso Bar features everything a barista could dream of. The bar is fully stocked with coffee and tea of all types, ensuring you have your perfect cup while sitting and looking out over the water.
Outdoor Paradise: Step outside to your private resort-style pool, complete with an in-pool hot tub, splash pad, and swim-up bar – all set against the backdrop of the beautiful canal and ocean. The outdoor area is designed for ultimate relaxation and fun, perfect for peaceful mornings and lively evenings.

Waterside Bonfire Lounge: Experience the magic of coastal evenings within our bonfire lounge featuring two complete lounges and Solo Stove firepits. It's the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, or simply enjoying the starlit sky and sounds of water.

Private Beach Access: A short walk leads you to a private beach, offering a secluded slice of paradise. Here, the gentle waves and soft sands provide an idyllic setting for sunbathing, beachcombing, or simply unwinding in nature's lap.
Boating / Water Activities: Have no worries; with our private boat lift, you can hit the water for a sunset cruise. If you do not have a boat, feel free to contact us, and we can help coordinate a ride with one of our Captains. The property also has paddle boards and kayaks for you to enjoy the water with friends and family.

Location & Activities: Perdido Key is a gem on Florida's coast, known for its pristine beaches and vibrant community. You'll find an array of activities to indulge in - from water sports and golfing to exploring local cuisine and shopping. Neighborhood Private Pickleball and Tennis Courts with equipment provided at the house!
