Comprised of four separate rentals - each appointed for independent living - this property is an ideal choice for friends or couples traveling together. Each space boasts amazing bay views either from a private balcony or porch. An on-site dock is available for fishing or launching kayaks and paddleboards.
All four vacation rentals include contemporary home comforts like kitchen amenities, up-to-date furnishings, TVs, and free WiFi. An on-site washer/dryer provides an extra layer of convenience during your stay.
You can walk to Cortez Beach, right at the end of your street. Bridge Street is just a six-block walk north and the Cortez South Pier is only seven blocks south. Anna Maria Island shops, dining, and attractions are just five miles away.
Things to Know
From March 2024 through July 2024, there may be limited access to this vacation rental due to a county sewer project. There may also be times when all vehicles are restricted from 7th St. However, there will be permitted parking along Gulf Dr.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
