Dies ist eine komplett renovierte, gemütliche, sehr helle Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer / einem Badezimmer in einer ruhigen Straße in der Altstadt von San Juan. Perfekt für zwei Gäste (max. 3). Es befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines zweistöckigen Kolonialhauses. Hohe Decken. Es hat ein Queen-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer. Es hat eine Klimaanlage im Schlaf- und Wohnbereich und WiFi. Voll ausgestattete offene Küche mit Gasherd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Das Schlafzimmer öffnet sich zu einer großen, ruhigen, sehr privaten Terrasse mit bequemen Möbeln zum Entspannen und einem Tisch. Das Haus wurde komplett im Kolonialstil umgebaut. Sie können bequem die Altstadt von San Juan zu Fuß erkunden und in den bekanntesten Restaurants speisen, die Festungen besuchen und die spektakulärste Aussicht auf die Bucht von San Juan und den Atlantik genießen. Lebhafte «Plazas» sind einen und zwei Häuserblocks entfernt. Es ist nur einen Block vom Ocean Walk und dem El Jibarito Restaurant entfernt und alles, was die Altstadt von San Juan zu bieten hat, kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Old San Juan liegt in der Nähe der Strände Escambron, Condado und Miramar!

Old San Juan trip

Loved this spot! It was a little oasis in the middle of Old San Juan. The terrace was a gem to sit out on in the morning and drink my tea before heading out. Lourdes was in touch several times to make sure I had what I needed. It was a great stay.

Your own personal Oasis in Old San Juan

Stayed here on a business trip but wanted to experience Old San Juan. This home is on a perfect street that is just far enough away from the bar crowd that it stays nice and quiet, but close enough to the action that you can just walk a few blocks and you're in the mix of things. The apartment is well appointed and kept very clean. There is strong 100 MB Wi-Fi as well as a solid 5G cell reception, at least from Verizon. A big storm came through while I was there and it knocked out power to part of Old San Juan, which in turn caused the water to be turned off. Lourdes, the host, was very receptive and even sent over a plumber to see if there's anything they could do on the location but it was a city-wide issue. Luckily the water restored in a few hours so wasn't a big deal. I received a message from Lourdes that the water was back on before I even noticed it had returned. Great communication. The back patio is wonderful and a Great escape. Air conditioning works extremely well. It was almost too cold in the middle of the day when the temperature was the hottest outside. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering.

San Cristobal in Old San Juan

The apartment has everything we (wife and I) needed and more. It is in a great location with easy access to all that Old San Juan has to offer. I really liked the floor plan of the apartment and we enjoyed having a Medalla on the deck in the late afternoon. Having the sleeping compartment to the rear of the apartment made for a restful/peaceful night’s sleep. Very few city noises – though I may have been too tired to have heard them. The owner’s attention to detail is to be applauded. I especially liked that they have installed solar panels and a backup battery system to provide continuous power in the event of a blackout. All air conditioning, fans and water systems worked great which led to a very comfortable stay. If you enjoy a good breakfast don’t miss La Carretta. Note: if you must rent a car, make it a small one.

Beautifully lit with natural light and many windows. Terrace is just lovely and a wonderful place for breakfast. Landlady, Lourdes, is kind, informative and lovely. I did find the many levels of floor difficult to deal with in terms of safety and a good bedside lamp would be very helpful. Also kitchen utensils need to be replenished. All in all, apartment in fantastic location and I would return in a flash.

Wonderful place for 2 to stay!

We loved this place! Lourdes was very friendly and accommodating, providing plenty of fantastic local recommendations and tips. The apartment is clean, small, and exquisitely decorated, and the balcony! So wonderful! Would definitely recommend this place to a couple.

Overall the property and the location were amazing. The only negative feedback I have is in regards to the parking situation. Please be mindful, if you're planning to rent a car, you won’t be able to park around the property. The closest parking garage is 10 minutes away walking.

Quaint condo. Very comfortable~

Old San Juan is wonderful. This condo is in the heart of it all and walking distance to shops, restaurants and etc. AC units work very well. The back patio is very nice to sit out on in the evenings. The kitchen is small and there are limited utensils/cookware if you plan to cook. There was no coffee maker so we bought an inexpensive one and left it there - you're welcome. :) All in all it was a nice comfortable place to stay and explore Old San Juan. We would definitely rent this condo again. *A few things to note: - If you plan to rent a car, there is no parking at the condo. You will need to park at a parking garage, which is 4-5 blocks away. We parked at Dona Fela parking garage and it was inexpensive. We rented a car so we could do day-trips to other parts of Puerto Rico - Luquillo, the rain forest and etc. - Uber only operates in San Juan. They do not operate anywhere else (including the airport) on the island so you will need a taxi. There is a taxi stand about three blocks from the condo.

Great location

We stayed just after the power came back on. The apartment is located in a safe place, close to everything, and is quiet! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone visiting Old San Juan.

Great Apartment

I loved staying in this apartment for the simple fact that it was near everything that we wanted to see. The apartment itself was very nice and quiet, and it had everything you needed while we were on vacation. The best feature was the patio which you could see Old San Juan at night. For our next trip to Puerto Rico we will rent this property again.

Beautiful, fun, perfect!

We had a great time staying in "La Terraza". The apt is charming cozy and super cool. The terrace is beautiful with lots of nature and sun! The location is perfect, Old San Juan is such a fun town, the night life is amazing and theres so much to do during the day. If you are staying in PR, this is the place to be.

Magnificent!

I had a wonderful time at this property it is perfectly located in old San Juan. It was in walking distance of everything i wanted to do like exploring the forts and tasting some authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. Lourdres and Sofia were very accommodating and even going above and beyond with the locations of some excellent restaurants and a laundromat to wash cloths. Even when my key broke and it had to be replaced they responded within seconds and made what could have been a nightmare only a slight hiccup on the trip. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to explore everything old San Juan has to offer or even just cuddling up with a book on the lush patio and chilling out. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy getaway in the heart of Old San Juan

I stayed at La Terraza for three nights with my Husband. The rooms were clean and full of Puerto Rican charm. We particularly enjoyed sipping mojitos the sizable porch, which makes up for the lack of view with privacy and tranquility from the cool breeze to the tinkling of the wind chimes and potted plants. We arrived during the annual San Sebastian festival, which is a city-wide party did goes all night. We found it difficult to fall asleep for the first two nights due to the boisterous partying and clear sound from the stage performances on Plaza de la Barandilla. Definitely felt like we were right there, front row, even if we couldn't see anything. Once the festival was over, La Terraza was a beautiful oasis from the heat of PR and a cozy landing for our vacation. Lourdes and Sofia were prompt with their communication. Once we arrived, we were given the code to a lock box on the door which contained our key. Be warned, you'll need your full body weight to pull the door into position to open and close it. We found this a bit cumbersome, along with two flights of stairs to the unit, but quickly adapted. This would not be a good place to stay if you have trouble with stairs. We also made our own breakfast and a few dinners, as vegetarian food is not readily available in PR. We found all the necessary tools, including a percolator for our morning coffee and a small stash of spices. One of the better kitchen set ups that we have experienced. We were steps from everything we wanted to see in Old San Juan, even stopping back at the room for a mid-day siesta on more that one occasion. I would highly recommend staying here to friends and family. It is a great deal that made a very enjoyable vacation for us both.

Clean and Convenient

The property was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. Lourdes was there to meet us to let us in and answered all questions we had. The deposit was returned immediately after we left which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great stay in awesome apartment

Me and my girlfriend stayed in this very nice and cosy apartment for 2.5 months. We had a really great stay. All attractions are on walking distance. The neighborhood is also very nice and we always felt safe. Highly recommended!

Also we enjoy conserving part of Puerto Rico's architectural history by taking care of such a lovely colonial building, in Sol Street, one of the few residential areas in OSJ.
