The space

Relax in the spacious living room featuring a chic sectional sofa, a stunning fireplace, and a 55" Smart TV—ideal for cozy movie nights. For added fun, the garage includes a Ping Pong Table, providing entertainment for all ages.

The home boasts four inviting bedrooms, each bathed in natural light and decorated with vibrant colors. They feature queen-size beds, premium linens, and a choice of pillows to ensure a restful sleep. Extra floor mattresses are available for larger groups.

Experience serene mountain views while enjoying a coffee at the exclusive bar, host a barbecue in the backyard, or engage in a game of cornhole. Guest access
As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to every part of the home and property, with no shared spaces outside of those in your booking.

Your check-in code will be sent to you an hour before you arrive.

Other things to note
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. For enhanced security, we've installed outdoor cameras around the perimeter of the property. There are no indoor cameras, ensuring your privacy in our tranquil retreat.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and maintain good relations with our neighbors, please follow the House Manual and these guidelines below:

1. No Smoking: Smoking on the premises is prohibited. Violations will result in a loss of the security deposit and an extra de-smoking fee, resulting in a $1,000 penalty.

2. Quiet Hours: Amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 9 pm to preserve neighborhood peace.

3. Guest Count: Please inform us of the exact number of guests. Additional guests not reported will incur a $50 charge per person, per night starting at 10pm.

4. No Parties/Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will lead to immediate eviction without refund, as noise levels are monitored.

5. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at booking or before arrival. A deep cleaning fee, twice the standard rate, is required for pets to ensure an allergen-free space for all guests. Failure to disclose may lead to additional fees.

6. Fireplace: Use the remote control for the fireplace; please do not start real fires.

7. Cleanliness: Please maintain cleanliness and refrain from wearing shoes inside the property. If any piece of furniture is moved, but not put back in its original place, there'll be a charge of $100.

8. Doors: Keep doors closed to prevent entry of insects and animals.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests should NOT lock door knobs at our properties as it will lock you out. You are entering and exiting the property MAINLY using the SCHLAGE lock, by pincode only. In the event you were locked at the property, you will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith.

9. Trash Disposal: Please take out the trash as needed and separate it between the bins. Also, prior to your check-out we kindly ask you to properly dispose of the trash and do not leave it inside the house. If your stay includes Wednesday, kindly put the trash bins out for Thursday collection and return them afterward.
FOOD DISPENSER NOTICE: Guests ARE NOT allowed to put food down in the sinks. Any clogging due to food particles is subject to a $500 fee or more from us having to get it fixed. Please properly throw away trash in the bins. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

10. Parking Guidelines: Please use street parking or the provided garage and driveway. Observe all parking signs to avoid fines. The garage offers a secure, accessible option. Please do not block the sidewalk.

11. Security Camera Tampering: Our property's safety and security are paramount. Please refrain from tampering with or disabling the security cameras located at the doorbell, driveway, and backyard. Any violation of this rule incurs a $500 fine and may result in eviction. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding the security of all guests.

12. Check-out time: Please be considerate of timing since our cleaners have a tight schedule, and they will come right after your check-out time to clean up the property and prepare it for the next guests. Every started hour of being late to check out will be charged $50/h
