Wenn Sie nach einem komfortablen und luxuriösen Ort suchen, um diese legendäre Gegend zu erkunden, oder wenn Sie sich einfach nur mit einem kühlen Getränk auf der Terrasse entspannen und die herrliche Wüsten- und Seenlandschaft bewundern möchten, ist dieses Haus ideal für Sie. Die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den erstaunlichen Pool und die Wasserfälle sind EPIC!

Mit zwei Master-Suiten mit individuell gestalteten und handgeschnitzten KING-großen Betten, einem QUEEN-Bett En-Suite, das allein oder als Familiensuite mit dem angrenzenden Schlafraum genutzt werden kann. Die Hohokam-Suite ist unser Schlafraum mit handgefertigtem Suagro-Etagenbett. Mit einem übergroßen, extra langen SINGLE über einem übergroßen, extra langen FULL-Bett ist es ideal für zusätzliche Erwachsene oder Kinder. Es gibt viel Privatsphäre für alle. Wenn der Schlafraum nicht genutzt wird, genießt die Hopi Suite (Queen Bed) ein eigenes verbundenes Bad und die beste Aussicht im Haus! Das Entertainment / Spielzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Memory-Foam-Queen-Pull-Put-Sofa, das zwei weitere für zusätzliche Schlafflexibilität und Memory-Foam-Futon schläft. MAX ist 12. Simply Amazing

Listing description perfect - enchanting and luxurious with panoramic views. the pictures do not do it justice. Upon entering the home, you can tell the owners put a great deal of love and effort into the design/layout and decor. Kitchen well stocked, beds remarkably comfortable, almost every room has an amazing view, and patio/deck/pool/hot tub with wonderful landscaping the cherry on top. Beautiful hiking trails just out the back door and its just a short drive from antelope canyons. Communication with property manager excellent. I cannot say enough great things. Would definitely return.

This was a very comfortable place for our 3 couples to stay while we visited Bryce, Zion, Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon with excellent golf nearby for the other days.

A fantastic house in a fabulous setting

The house is absolutely amazing, with the upstairs playroom (complete with its own kitchen area) being a real plus. The pool is gorgeous and the views just incredible. We were a family group and had a fantastic holiday there.

The property is gorgeous! The house itself is like a work of art. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the views are amazing. We all enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool during the day and the game room at night. The proximity to shopping and the golf course were ideal. The property manager was polite and very responsive with any questions we had. Staying at the house was a highlight of the whole trip!

Wonderful family stay

We so enjoyed our stay at the kokopelli house. Upon arrival the house is more beautiful than the picture’s display. The views were spectacular in the backyard and from the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone and all the comforts we needed. We enjoy cooking, so the fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space was perfect for all our evening meals. Even our hard to please teenagers enjoyed their stay thanks to the huge game room with a pool table and fooseball. The owner was very communicative and gave us all the information necessary. The only thing I regret is not staying here longer!

Wonderful stay for a large group!

Beautiful property! Great location and amazing view. Well appointed home. Jacuzzi and pool are wonderful. Check in process was seamless and Tim was very responsive attentive when we had questions/needs. The game room was so fun. The only negatives of the experience were that the beds and pillows were quite stiff which is not our taste and the pool cues were usable but the tips were broken and the backs were jiggly, but other than that this was a 5-star experience.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view.

We loved our stay at this house. The location was great and views were wonderful. We saw many amazing sunsets from the backyard. After exploring the activities Page offers it was great to come back to the house and relax and unwind. The house was beautifully decorated and all the beds were very comfortable. The pool table, foosball table and hot tub were all a huge hit. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area.

Amazing Property, well located with excellent views

We loved this property. The house is high end with amazing views and easy access to Lake Powell and the City of Page. The only thing I would change is the mattess in the 4th bedroom, which was uncomfortable and not up to standards with the rest of the house. The other 3 bedrooms were wonderful.

Incredibly unique property. Fantastic views of sunset while you sit on the patio or in the hot tub or infinity pool. So much to do around the area. Plenty of restaurants. Go to Big Texan BBQ for a local treat. Grocery store and Walmart all close. Bring hiking shoes as there are so many places to hike including right from the property.

Even better than the photos!! Blown away! Could not have been more pleased!!

I’ve been trying to book this property for many years now around my birthday, Easter/Spring Break & bring our kids. We could never seem to snag in time! I was finally able to get it for 4 nights on a Sun-Thurs to celebrate my 40th bday with my fiancée, sister, best friends and their spouses. It truly is somehow better than the photos. It does not feel like a VRBO, and I say that bc most I’ve stayed in are not up to par with hotels & feel rundown & never fully clean. Kokopelli feels brand new & every inch was pristine and immaculate. I can’t say enough about how clean it was because this typically bugs me with VRBOs. They have thought of everything! We stayed in the “master” downstairs, but it was a tough choice bc all 3 of the larger bedrooms have incredible views. From the pictures I thought the game room was downstairs in a basement, but it is upstairs & very spacious/open. There is plenty of room in the home and the layout such that 4 couples all felt like we could have downtime/quiet time & relax when needed. Tim (on-site contact) was excellent & quick to respond at all times. Kitchen is very well appointed with anything you may need. My only recommendation was that we wanted to use the main fireplace, but I can understand why it wasn’t setup for April. Other suggestion is a bigger TV for family/living room. I know most people don’t come to watch TV, but we are pretty big sports fans & wanted to watch the NBA playoffs. Also ask about setting up yoga on site & massages!

I am an airline pilot who fell in love with Lake Powell over 30 years ago. We enjoy house boating on the Lake, exploring the vast selection of canyons and all of the water sports. With a new vacation home we look forward to ATV'ing, mountain biking, running the RIM trail and exploring the Great Circle!

Owning a houseboat at Wahweap and having been captivated by the Lake and the surrounding desert for 40 years, we wanted to create a very southwestern vacation home experience to share with family, friends and guests. When this unique home with its unmatched vistas became available, I knew it would be perfect for a vacation home. After a $6500,000 remodel including POOL OF THE YEAR, the Kokopelli house is 4400 sf on over an acre overlooking the Lake with three master suites and a killer view, it was an ideal choice. We will continue to houseboat but will also now be able to base out of a Lake Powell-Page home and explore the endless desert adventures by land or just BBQ and entertain family and friends on the kitchen patio overlooking the while enjoying the awesome views! Our Razor is in the garage and ready to go!
We have been in the Vacation Rental industry for over 35 years, with our first rental in 1989. Since that time we have added to our luxury vacation home portfolio with each custom, luxury, elegant and multimillon dollar properties. Each person designed and built or extensively remodeled each home or condo and subsequently began sharing these with guests, family and friends.

We personally manage all of our homes. For nearly 40 years I traveled the world extensively as a 747 captain. During that time I have learned discerning guests prefer when on a luxury vacation, which has been incorporated in all of our homes and is the ethos of our property management business.

The RIM trail is immediately adjacent to the property. Spectacular views, in an awesome desert setting, in a luxurious home in a great location says it all!
