Watch a snow storm roll in or the sunrise from any of the cozy living spaces. An open floor plan allows for easy movement to the Chef’s Kitchen, bar, two dining areas and upstairs bedrooms.

The kitchen is a gourmand’s dream with high-end appliances, double oven, two refrigerators & 100 bottle wine fridge.

The Second Living Room on the lower floor features a large oversized couch and seating area with spectacular mountain views, large 4G TV, fireplace and separate game space complete with mini foosball table/pool table/ping pong and large assortment of games & puzzles.


The Primary King Suite

The Primary King Suite on the main floor is a refuge in itself with a gas fireplace, seating area and views of the mountains, Highlands in the distance. The en suite bath is the perfect spot to restore after a day on the mountain with a jetted soaking tub, dual showers, radiant heat floors and a large walk in closet with dressing table.

The Lower Level King

The Lower Level King room has beautiful afternoon light with a cozy seating area & TV. It is a quiet retreat tucked away from the rest of home.

The Queen Room

The Queen Room can be configured as a queen or queen with twin trundle. The en-suite full bathroom has a tub & rainfall shower. Ample storage in the large closet, armoire. Beautiful views of the aspens, evergreens & Rim Trail- famous for its hiking, Gold Metal mountain biking & animal migration.

The Twin Bedroom

The cozy Twin Bedroom has fluffy duvets, a seating area and en-suite attached full bathroom with mountain views. Large mirrored closet with ample storage for clothing.

The formal dining room featuring a 19th Century oak table with seating for 10. The bar, living and chef’s kitchen are all a step away allowing easy entertaining. The formal and informal dining spaces can seat up to 20.

Patio w/ Outdoor Hot tub & Seating Area, Fire Pit & Gas Grill

Decompress on this private patio off the kitchen in the hot tub or comfy chairs. Take in the stars-they are magical from this spot. Roast s'mores around the fire pit. Easy outdoor grilling off of the kitchen.

The chalet features a large mudroom with cubbies & a closet to store all of your outdoor gear from skiing to fly fishing.

The Terrace

A spectacular & unique new 1000 square foot slate terrace & garden is accessed from French doors off the primary living room. Take in the thoughtfully designed garden and massive top of the world mountain views from the outdoor living room. There is an additional living space and a dining area for 12 with heaters for cooler evenings. The terrace flows into the living and kitchen spaces of the home allowing for easy indoor/outdoor living & entertaining. (Summer & Fall Only)
