This updated home is new to the Coastal Getaways rental pool! Filled with natural light, this marsh front home offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. You will enjoy all the nature of Seabrook Island from the home's mid-island location. There are multiple decks and screen porch areas, all sitting on the ever-changing tidal marsh.
Enter this property and notice all the natural light, coming from the large windows and skylights. Hardwood flors and vaulted ceilings run through out this home. Off the foyer you can access the first deck. Head into the living room where you will find plenty of furniture for gathering with your family and friends. The sectional sofa opens to a queen sleeper. There is a 65" Smart TV to bring you all the entertainment you need. Please note the fireplace is only decorative. You may access the screen porch and deck from the living room. The screen porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, as you plan your day, or an evening beverage as you reminisce over the day's highlights. On the deck you have an umbrella table for dining al fresco. There is also a propane grill for you to use. Just beyond the living area is the dining area and kitchen. The dining table has seating for 6. There is stool seating for two at the breakfast bar and additional stool seating for 2 at the kitchen island. The renovated kitchen has leathered granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The owners have provided special dishes and silverware for the kids!
The primary en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor. Dream the night away in your Queen bed. Upgraded amenities in the primary bedroom are a Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. The attached private bath has great lighting provided by the skylights. There is both a soaking tub and a walk-in tiled shower. On the second floor of the home are the two guest bedrooms and laundry, with full washer and dryer. The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath attached. In the bathroom you have a vanity and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a Queen bed and working desk for those needing to check in with the office.
The beauty of this home carries outside. Whether you are on your deck or screen porch you will be entranced by the tidal marsh. Seabrook Island's marsh lands are home to many native biirds, deer, bobcats and wild turkeys! Staying in this beautiful home will surely be a vaction highlight.
**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Enjoy the best that Seabrook has to offer. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
