This canal front 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located at 206 White Sandy Drive in the popular resort community of Gulf Highlands, and just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands boasts 65 acres and offers guests tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffle-board courts, a mini putt-putt course, gym, 11 pools (5 heated, 1 beachfront), deeded beach access, and more! And the best part? You have 2 of your own dedicated parking spaces and no elevator! Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, close to several popular restaurants and attractions.

This spacious 2-level townhome was updated (brand new flooring & furniture) in 2019. It offers almost 1,000 square feet of living space. Downstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, and everything you would need to cook meals for family and friends. The living room offers guests ample, comfortable seating, a pull-out sofa, and a door leading out to the private patio overlooking the serene canal. For your convenience, a half bathroom is also located downstairs and a full sized washing machine and dryer for your use.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, and a door leading to the second story balcony overlooking the canal. The second bedroom features a King sized bed and its own television. There is another full bathroom with tub/shower combo featuring granite countertops, located off the upstairs hallway. This townhome comfortably sleeps 6.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
