Close to restaurants, gas stations, groceries, and other shopping, The primary bedroom is behind the galley kitchen, living/dining area with an extra bath on the first floor. Upstairs loft overlooks the living area and second level also has a guest bedroom, accessible by a open stairway. A large recreation area is located in the garage. and it can be locked from the main house. Take the enclosed stair up to a huge sleeping area and full bath. There is a small Solo grill on the screened in porch. Outside you will find a platform deck and working millhouse with a water powered millwheel, a tribute feature to House of Blues being built on a former millhouse location! Enjoy views of the 128 ft. of shoreline from the screened porch or open deck from your own private space or head down to the dock on a wooden walkway for lake fun in the sun. There is also deeded access to flat entry to the lake when you take the 20' wide right hand path to the waterside. It is shared, so please, thanks for staying on the path width at the shore.
