Welcome to our cozy retreat in Rapid City! Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this two-bedroom haven boasts comfort and convenience for your stay. Each bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for every guest. With one full bathroom, equipped with all the essentials, your comfort is our priority.

Indoor living is made effortless with fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV in the living room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Whether you're catching up on your favorite shows or staying connected with loved ones, you'll feel right at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and we provide all the necessities, from cups and plates to pots and pans. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee machine with fresh coffee waiting on the counter, ready to kickstart your mornings.

Cleanliness is our highest priority! In between each group we mop all floors, vacuum all carpets, scrub all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, replace the shower liner, wash all bedding (including quilts/shams), bleach all sheets and towels, and make sure everything is back in it's place before our new guests arrive. Maintenance, aside from emergencies, will only be able to be tended to during business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.).

Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules

1. If issues arise during your stay, you'll have to communicate promptly with us. Good communication between us (the host) and the guest is important for successful stays. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we are reaching out to resolve an issue.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Follow state laws when using fire pit

5. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.

6. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

7. For noise complaints

7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
7.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

8. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.

Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher)

Note:

* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.

*Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
